Author Kim Bobo reveals the ways employers keep workers from receiving a fair wage. Whether failing to pay minimum wage or overtime -- or committing outright fraud against the government by misclassifying employees as "independent contractors" -- they are stealing, says Bobo. She is author of a book titled "Wage Theft in America: Why Millions of Americans Are Not Getting Paid -- and What We Can Do About It."
