Holly Jolly Winter Social

9to5 Atlanta held the annual Winter Social on Friday, December 9 at the Phillip Rush Center. It was a huge success! There was singing, dancing, laughter, and pure joy. This year, 9to5 honored the three classes of graduates from the Community Internship Program. The night began with a skit about a server that had to deal with two nightmare customers who ended up tipping her poorly, so poorly that the server was unable to pay for her public transportation home. The skit outlined the struggle of many women who work as tipped employees and are constantly dealing with trying to make enough money to survive. The skit was followed by a song and dance performance by 9to5 member of “When My Sister’s In Trouble.” The night continued with lots of music, dancing, and fellowship.
